Note :-

• Transport Fee if not paid by due date, transport facility will be stopped from 1st day of next month without notice.
• Transport will be available from nearest designated bus stop.
• Bus facility once availed cannot be withdrawn in the middle of the session, failing which transport charges have to be paid for full session.

Transport Rules :-

• Subject to availability if seats students may avail bus facility as per existing rules and fares.
• Bus fees also will have to be remitted along with tuition fees.
• The school does not entertain any change in the bus route to suit the individual's convenience. Each bus route has earmarked bus stops. Parents have to select the bus stop as per their convenience and once bus facility is availed, it cannot be withdrawn during the academic session.
• Students are expected to be on the right side of their bus stops at least five minutes before the arrival of the bus.
• Buses will not wait for late comers.
• The drivers are authorized to stop buses at the designated stop only, unless otherwise directed by the transport incharge.
• Objects of any kind must not be thrown inside or outside the bus.
• Commuters are not allowed to change school buses or go by other means of transport without written permission from the Principal/Headmistress.
• The driver's attention must not be distracted for any reason.
• In disciplined behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Fine will be charged if students are held responsible for any damage to bus.
• While the school management will take all precautionary steps possible, parents of such students who are availing bus facilities will be fully responsible for any mishappening incidents/accidents which may occur during the journey from residence to school & back to home from school. Management will not be responsible in any case.
• The Parents should ensure that their wards are properly escorted, boarded and received personally at the bus stop. The school has no responsibility what so ever for loss of life, accident or injury to a student while travelling in the bus to and from the school , during activities or adventurous programmes organized by the school.
• Every student will go home only by authorized transport or with the authorized escort of their own. With regard to authorization of escort, parents are requested to submit a written authority letter with photograph and signature of escorting person. The school should be informed immediately in writing about the change.
